Returns and Warranty Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Buvvas products come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Our products are designed with advanced engineering and high-quality materials to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of purchase.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in new, saleable condition.
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
  • Be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Be purchased directly from the Buvvas Printer Website

3. Additional Return Information

  • If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, a restocking fee may apply, or a store credit may be issued instead.
  • For returns within India, free pre-paid return shipping is available.

4. Product Verification and Fraud Prevention

To ensure a fair refund process, all returned products will undergo thorough verification upon receipt. Refunds will only be processed if the returned product matches the original item shipped, including its serial number, condition, and packaging. If any discrepancies are found, such as a different product being returned or signs of tampering, the refund request will be denied, and the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

5. Warranty Policy

  • Buvvas products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  • If the product malfunctions within this period, it will be replaced according to Buvvas’s warranty terms.

6. Warranty Eligibility

  • To qualify for the warranty:
  • The buyer must be the original purchaser of the product from Buvvas or an authorized dealer.
  • The product must have been properly maintained and not misused, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • The issue must be reported within 10 days of discovery.
  • Warranty work must be performed only by Buvvas.

7. Warranty Claim Process

All returned products must:

  • Be shipped to the designated Buvvas address.
  • Include a dated proof of purchase.

Reverse Pickup Policy:

  • Reverse pickup (if applicable) is available only in major metro cities.
  • The buyer must cover the reverse shipping charges.

8. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be void if the product:

  • Has been repaired, serviced, or altered by unauthorized persons.
  • Suffers damage due to accidents, abuse, improper installation, fire, flood, or external factors.
  • Is damaged by user-replaceable parts (e.g., leaking batteries).

9. Warranty Period

  • Buvvas products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  • If the product malfunctions within this period, it will be replaced according to Buvvas’s warranty terms.

10. Service Terms (In-Warranty / Out-of-Warranty)

A. In-Warranty Service

  • Buvvas will repair or replace the defective product or part based on the issue found.
  • Customers are responsible for transportation or courier charges to and from the service center unless specified otherwise.

B. Out-of-Warranty Service

  • Buvvas provides service for products beyond the warranty period.

Service Types:

  • Carry-In Service: Customer delivers the product to our service center.
  • On-Site Service: Available for selected products, with applicable charges based on location and service type.

Additional Charges:

  • Charges for inspection, spare parts, labor, and transportation will apply and must be paid in advance.

11. Proof of Purchase Requirement

To avail warranty service, customers must provide the following:

  • Original Invoice or Bill of Sale
  • Order ID and Product Serial Number (if available)

Warranty claims without valid proof of purchase may not be accepted.

12. Limitation of Liability

Buvvas is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage.
  • Damages caused by third-party consumables or accessories.
  • Any damage due to virus attacks or external software/hardware issues.
